Our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and practical skills needed to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Through the internationally recognized 5-Step ALGEE Approach, participants learn how to provide initial support and confidently guide individuals toward appropriate professional care.
During this interactive training, certified instructors cover topics such as identifying common mental health conditions, responding to crisis situations, reducing stigma, and encouraging early intervention. Participants will engage in real-world scenarios, group discussions, and evidence-based learning activities that build confidence and strengthen their ability to support others with compassion and understanding.
Whether you’re a parent, teacher, healthcare professional, employer, first responder, or community leader, this training provides valuable tools that can make a lasting difference in the lives of those around you. By completing the program, you’ll be better prepared to recognize warning signs, offer meaningful support, and contribute to creating safer, healthier, and more resilient communities.
