Support That Empowers Change.

Our evidence-based programs are designed to strengthen individuals, support families, and build healthier communities through prevention, education, treatment, and long-term recovery.

Comprehensive Services for Individuals & Communities

We offer a continuum of evidence-based mental health and substance use services designed to meet people where they are and walk with them toward lasting wellness and recovery.

Learn how to recognize, understand, and respond to the signs of mental health challenges using the internationally recognized 5-Step ALGEE Approach. This evidence-based training equips individuals, families, educators, and community leaders with practical skills to provide immediate support, reduce stigma, and confidently connect people with appropriate professional help during times of need.

Every program we provide is built on proven research, the Public Health Approach, and the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF). By combining data-driven strategies with community collaboration, we deliver measurable outcomes that strengthen protective factors, reduce risk, promote prevention, and create healthier individuals, families, and communities through sustainable, long-term solutions.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is a specialized, evidence-based treatment designed to help individuals recover from trauma and post-traumatic stress. Through guided therapeutic sessions, clients learn to process difficult experiences, challenge unhelpful beliefs, reduce emotional distress, and develop healthier perspectives that support long-term healing and personal growth.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps individuals identify negative thought patterns, develop healthier behaviors, and build practical coping skills for everyday life. Through structured, goal-oriented sessions, participants learn effective techniques to manage anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and emotional challenges while improving confidence, resilience, and overall mental well-being.

Our comprehensive Mental Health Assessments provide a professional evaluation of emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being. These assessments help identify individual needs, strengths, and treatment priorities, allowing our clinical team to create personalized care plans that support recovery, promote resilience, and improve long-term mental wellness outcomes.

Our confidential Substance Use Disorder Assessments evaluate the severity of substance use concerns and identify the most appropriate treatment options. Using evidence-based screening tools, we develop individualized recommendations that support prevention, recovery, relapse reduction, and access to ongoing counseling, education, and community-based support services.
